Gutteling Oil Blue hoses can be supplied in 3 pressure ratings and 4 types. Light duty with a 7 bar maximum working pressure, mostly used for tanktruck and railcar applications. Medium duty with a 10 bar maximum working pressure, mostly used for industrial applications.


Heavy Duty with a 14 bar maximum working pressure, mostly used for barge and terminal operations. Extreme Heavy Duty with a 14 bar maximum working pressure, used for Ship to Ship operations in offshore conditions. This hose is produced with extra special designed layers to withstand the most extreme conditions. Gutteling Oil Blue hoses are produced and certified to International standards like EN 13765, IMO IBC and PED regulations.

Applications

GUTTELING OIL BLUE hoses are designed for conveying hydrocarbons, solvents, 100% aromatics, etc. GUTTELING OIL BLUE hoses are highly flexible and reliable in all kind of transfer operations.


There are three different types, depending on pressure

and application, namely:

Light duty: Tank truck and railcar

Standard duty: Tank truck, railcar and in plant transfer

Heavy duty: Heavy duty marine operations and ship and barge loading and unloading

  • Maximum twist: 10° p/m
  • Vacuum range: 0,9 bar
  • Min. burst pressure: 5x working pressure (safety fact 5:1)
  • Max. flowrate: on request
  • Max. tensile strength: on request
  • Pressure losses: on request
  • Temperature range: -30°C up to +100°C (-22F up to +212F)

GUTTELING OIL BLUE hoses are produced and tested according international standards like EN 13765 and IMO IBC code.

Complementary Information

Other outer wire qualities (Aluminum, Polypropylene coated steel, Stainless steel 316/304) are available upon request. Other cover colors available upon request.

Assembled lengths are delivered with pressure test certificate.
