On the bright side

Solar power is experiencing rapid growth, with record installations in 2024 and projections showing it will become the largest renewable energy source globally by 2029. Once reliant on government subsidies, solar is now one of the most affordable options for new electricity installations.

“Solar energy is quickly becoming dominant within production of electrical power for new buildings in many countries,” says Erik Martinson, Partner and Chief Innovation Officer of Svea Solar, a company specializing in solar installations with storage and charging solutions tailored to homes, businesses, and solar parks. “It’s a tremendous development, and no one expected things to go this fast.” 

Svea Solar has finalized over 50,000 installations across several European markets since starting in 2014.

The sealing profile is also designed to allow for a certain margin when mounting the panels, thereby simplifying the process.
