As an alternative to our well-proven sash gaskets, we now offer our new dual-purpose gasket D3830 for sash-rebate and overlap.
Our latest design concept has the addition of a support chamber in the gasket head, ensuring excellent closing force, reliable function, and an aesthetic appearance.

Flexibility and stability - what appears to be a contradiction can certainly be united:
The new generation of our overlap gaskets adapts easily to gap dimensions of 5 - 6 mm, guarantees secure positioning and excellent stability in the rebate.
TheHigh-Performer
Benefit from our multi-component technology with the brand new L2218!
Due to the appropriate material in each functional area, the L2218 stands stable in the 18 mm fold while the head remains flexible enough to move.
This new gasket replaced L2118 in August 2020.
The Silencer
With the new L2120, our 1K and 3K overlap gaskets program is now completed with an innovative variant, equipped with an additional core of cell foam.
This was designed to provide more sound insulation and tightness and a very nice appearance on top.

With the simplest assembly and maximum sealing behavior, it sits firmly in the 3 mm groove.
Whether you install the L9017 on a loose bar or with notching the easy-to-install foot in the prefabricated frame, the soft, foamed head geometry always ensures an ideal form fit to the glass, especially in the corners.
