1950 – 1970International expansionTrelleborg grows fast, internationalization begins. In 1950, 4% of sales were outside of Sweden. By 1970 almost 40%. Stock exchange listing in 1964.

1980 – 1995A conglomerateEvolution from rubber company to fast-growing industrial conglomerate.
Sales surged from ~EUR 240 million to ~EUR 2.2 billion by 1989. -
1996 - 2015Concentration and expansionTrelleborg makes a strategic shift to a focused polymer group. Significant divestments and acquisitions set foundation for a new platform.
