Skirting Systems

The unique Trelleborg Trellskirt system provides efficient and hassle free conveyor belt protection. 

It eliminates the need for bolts by utilizing a male/female interference grip system which allows the conveyor skirting to be quickly and easily installed and removed from the walkway of a conveyor with no need for personnel to enter the transfer chute. The Trelleborg Trellskirt system also allows quick and easy skirt adjustments to be carried out with only a hammer, reducing the down time needed for maintenance.

Standard thicknesses of conveyor skirting are 6mm, 9mm, 12mm and 25mm with Hardness (duro) of SHDA60 and SHDA50 available. Trelleborg conveyor skirting can be supplied in 1,500mm wide x 30 metre rolls or cut to customer’s specific requirements in 1.5mm to 19mm thick, 1.5 metres wide x 30 metre rolls. The FRAS material may also be used for Vent Band usage to meet AS 1180.10B:1982 and NCB 245:1985. Fire resistant antistatic [FRAS] material is also available.
