Norma Cadena

Norma has been with Trelleborg for 23 years and currently works as the Supply Chain Manager at the Biopharmaceutical Center of Excellence in Northborough, MA. She appreciates that her job has allowed her to work across borders and cultures, contributing to global projects. She enjoys being able to expand her perspective while leading teams that create a lasting impact.

Anna Januzzi

Anna leads Trelleborg’s Supply Chain Management teams at the Customer Solution Centers in Brazil and Mexico. Previously, she worked as a Logistics Assistant, Logistics Analyst, and Supply Chain Management Coordinator for Trelleborg. Januzzi holds a bachelor’s degree in Logistics and a Master of Business Administration from the Getulio Vargas Foundation in Brazil.

Taylor Macy
Taylor has been working for Trelleborg for over four years on the Custom Product Engineering team of R&D Americas with a primary focus on elastomer engineered molded parts and custom radial oil seals. Taylor has a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering from Purdue University.

Lauren Brune (Moderator)

Lauren has been with Trelleborg for over two years as the Marketing Communications Specialist for Public Relations. With a passion for storytelling, she enjoys communicating the expertise Trelleborg has to offer through articles, press releases, social media, and more. Lauren holds a bachelor’s degree in communications and public relations from Ohio Northern University.
