Aura Popov Bio:
Aura is an experienced all-round Business Process Engineer of Romanian background, working in Germany for the Business Process Management Department as the CRM business process leader. Aura is part of the CRM Expert Team, a team dedicated to the improvement of Trelleborg’s global CRM processes. She is versed in all aspects on how best capture Customers, their data, and tracking their exchanges with Trelleborg to assist them in a personalized way. Aura holds a bachelor’s degree in Mathematics and an MBA in international management from HFWU University.
Therese Steiner Bio:
Therese is the Global Customer Success Director of Strategy & Operational Effectiveness at LexisNexis, where she has worked for 23 years in roles related to Customer Support and Experience, Business Analytics, Continuous Improvement, and Operational Effectiveness and has co-written a book about the topic. She is a Certified Customer Experience Professional (CXPA CCXP) and an ASQ Certified Six Sigma Black Belt. Therese holds a bachelor’s degree in English/Communications and a Juris Doctorate (School of Law). Therese currently serves as the ASQ Region Director for the East North Central Region, the ASQ GCC Vice Chair, and as a member of the ASQ Board of Directors.

Ondina is a Global Business Process Engineer at Trelleborg Sealing Solutions, located in Germany. She has worked for 20 years in roles related to Process Improvement and Innovation, Quality assurance, Continuous Improvement, and Operational Effectiveness. She is an ASQ Certified Six Sigma Black Belt. Ondina holds a bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, a master’s degree in Quality Assurance for Engineering and Technology, and an MBA in International Management. She serves as the ASQ Task Force for Diversity and Inclusion representing Latinx and women’s perspectives.
