Heather Castleman Senior Director Strategy & Marketing, Trelleborg Sealing Solutions Americas Heather is passionate about helping develop the right growth strategies for the business and executing those strategies with excellence. She works hard to make a difference for any business or organization she serves. Some of her recent accomplishments include leading a team to establish a channel management capability that included the launch of an eCommerce platform, leading a continuous improvement program that generated $5+ million in productivity gains and direct cost savings, and developing a process to fully integrate acquired companies. Heather holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Professional and Technical Communicates from Rochester Institute of Technology. Nancy Getz Product Line Director, Trelleborg Sealing Solutions Nancy Getz is a Global Product Line Director leading product management teams to develop and support growth for several product portfolios. She believes that connecting people and building a strong, global network improves personal enrichment and significantly enhances creativity and output. Nancy has worked for Trelleborg Sealing Solutions for 32 years, during which she’s held roles in manufacturing, R&D, applications, and sales. Kathy Hamrick Financial Analyst, Samaritan Purse. Formerly Sr. Financial Analyst, West Star Aviation and Financial Leader, Boeing. Kathy Hamrick is a Finance professional who has worked in manufacturing and other industries to bridge the gap between Finance and Operations by delivering reporting with actionable data and helping to streamline operations. Being a strategic business partner to the operations side of the business brings a better financial awareness and basis for value-driven decision making. She has helped develop new businesses, increased profitability, and implemented financial reporting solutions. Tricia Heller Director of Compliance, IP, and Brand Protection Magpul Industries Corporation Tricia graduated from the Air Force Academy in 1987 with a major in Pre-Law. She went on to become a pilot, logging more than 3500 hours of flight time while in the Air Force, including many missions for wartime operations. Tricia graduated from Saint Louis University School of Law in 1999, while still flying as an Air Force Reservist. She has extensive professional experience in both the public and private sectors. Honorata Hencel Director, Poland Boeing Global Services Honorata is passionate about the potential of the aviation industry. She is an active member of Boeing’s Women Inspiring Leadership committee in Europe and co-founder of Aviation Hub, a regional cluster of aviation-related companies in Pomerania. Kelsie Soneson Director, Product Management, IHS Kelsie believes in empowering people, whether on her internal team or through the products she manages. She has worked with several enterprise B2B applications within the technology and supply chain industries. She got her start managing platform integrations with publishers like Facebook and Twitter before transitioning to a global commercialization effort within supply chain software. Prior to this, Chetna has held several leadership positions at Conga, Symantec, Delta Dental, State of Colorado, Boeing, Sun Microsystems and EMC, where she spearheaded multimillion-dollar digital transformation, business automation and M&A initiatives at a global scale while running organizations of up to 450+ employees and managing a budget up to $200M across a portfolio of 185+ applications including Salesforce CRM, Oracle ERP, Apttus CPQ, Adobe (AMC), Eloqua, Marketo, Mulesoft, TIBCO, Snowflake, Power BI and Workday. Chetna’s passion and initiative has garnered many awards, leading her to receive multiple Spirit of Excellence Awards for Delivering Results and the Pride Award from Boeing. She also won the Star Award for Best Performing Team at Sun Microsystems. She was selected and invited by the CEO to participate in Xcellerate, Symantec’s top talent leadership development program. For her efforts at Delta Dental , Chetna received the 2017 Women in Business Stevie Award of Excellence in Healthcare Transformation.
