Maintaining Supplier Relationships

The term Supplier Management is used when a company systematically manages its relationships with suppliers. This is assured by us through:

  • Selecting new suppliers in accordance with established regulations
  • Implementation of supplier audits according to VDA 6.3
  • Supplier development through clear target definition and monitoring of corrective measures
  • Evaluation of suppliers in accordance with specified key figures

Ensuring qualitative and quantitative Quality in the Series

Assuring quality through image processing methods

To detect defects and monitor the entire production process, we use automatic Optical Inspection Equipment. The collected data supports the improvement of the production processes by evaluation and further processing.

The measurement of components made of elastomers or plastics requires a high degree of expertise as the components under test are not firmly fixed in their shape. Our strategy is to use non-contact measurements with 3D measuring instruments equipped with optical sensors.
