The Graduate Program is a key element in our People Development strategy - we aim to nurture the future leaders within Trelleborg and prepare them for the next stage in their careers. Typically, candidates have recently graduated from University and have been with Trelleborg for less than 2 years. Candidates are selected on their potential to take on wider or more senior roles in the future, either with their BU's or elsewhere within Trelleborg.
