Community involvement in India

In India, Trelleborg’s community involvement includes several different activities.
In schools close to our facilities in Bengaluru we have established a grant program. Talented youngsters, who would otherwise have had difficulties to continue their education, get a welcome financial support.
At a somewhat longer distance, but still in the state of Karnataka: In the village Maralukunte, Trelleborg has supported a development project that has included improved water supplies, street lamps and child care. The project has been run together with the organization Hand in Hand.
