I started my career at Trelleborg Sealing Solutions in Taiwan back in 1996 as a Sales Engineer—actually, it was a one-man show! I was responsible for identifying customer needs, providing tailored sealing solutions, and building strong client relationships to help grow the company's revenue.
Over the years, I took on a variety of challenging roles, including warehouse keeper, Operations Manager, Sales Manager, Application Engineer, Financial Controller, and eventually General Manager. These roles gave me the chance to expand my expertise in sales, engineering, business development, supply chain management, accounting, and leadership.
Thanks to consistent performance, proactive problem-solving, and a focus on driving results, I was promoted to General Manager. In this role, I’ve led market expansion, revenue growth, operational improvements, and team development. None of these achievements would have been possible without the trust and support of my managers and the collaborative, innovative culture at Trelleborg.
