Type Approval certification for the KLAW LNG range is offered by the following Class Societies:

ABS – American Bureau of Shipping

BV – Bureau Veritas

DNV – Det Norske Veritas (Norway) and Germanischer Lloyd (Germany)

KR Certification – Korean Marine Standards

SIL1 and SIL2 rated systems

Where SIL is required, Trelleborg offers existing independent calculation and verification as to Probability of Failure on Demand (PFD). This is provided by EXIDA the Functional Safety experts.
