Trelleborg Inversion Drums

For saving time and costs, utmost safety at work and better mobility we recommend the Trelleborg Lining method, using Trelleborg Inversion Drums as the desirable solution. This method is allowing for smooth renovation via cleaning or inspection holes or any other known pipe openings. Trelleborg Inversion Drum are composed of transportable pressure vessels, made of steel or stainless steel, designed to installation pressures of up to 1.5 bar (available on special request converted to max 3 bar and with pressure vessel approvals, e.g. TÜV, DEKRA or similar) and they are available in different sizes - according to your needs.

The high-grade stainless steel Mini drum - ideal for transportable use.

Developed specifically for economical pipe lining operations in areas with difficult access, e.g. for the rehabilitation of down pipes from house roofs or in the basement area, as well as for underground house sewers.

Trelleborg Impregnation Tables

You need high-quality equipment to obtain high-quality results. Trelleborg Pipe Lining equipment offers all that is necessary to achieve high-quality results. Our impregnation tables and vacuum pumps ensure that liners are fully saturated.

Trelleborg Vacuum Pump

Vacuum pumps serve quality assurance purposes in the Trelleborg Pipe Lining method. They are used to evacuate the air contained in the needle felt of the liner and ensure a bubble-free impregnation. This contributes to achieving good mechanical properties and stability of the cured liner.

Vacuum - a quality factor

If not evacuated remaining air in the impregnated liner material will end up in bubbles which leave unwetted and unsaturated areas (dry spots). These dry parts of the liner will be a serious weak point for the whole installation work:

The incorrect impregnated liners will after installation and curing not fully restore and meet the structural and hydraulic requirements for the future life cycle of the pipe. The pipe will be vulnerable against infiltration and exfiltration and every other external loads.

Flawless impregnation is therefore of great importance.
