Trelleborg rubber dust sealing systems can be customized for conveyors, conveyors transfer points, screen under pan interfaces and other areas where dust suppression is important.
Trelleborg's dust suppression systems are simple, easy to install and replace and require no mechanical parts. Used for environmental and dust control, the rubber containment membrane is a thin, elastic, UV resistant sheet to bridge the area to be sealed. A rubber dust cloth can be affixed with “sandwich bars” or Trelleborg’s rubber grip strips for easier installation and removal.
The basic elements used in our dust curtains are:
- 2mm thick rubber sheet suitable for outdoor installations. Standard bulk roll size is 1500mm wide x 20 metre lengths
- Straight or preshaped 90 degree corner mouldings.
