Rebecca Jasper
Director of Global Supply Chain
Rebecca got her first job when she was 14 years old and has worked at over 50 companies in five different countries. Today, she is the Director of Global Supply Chain for Minnesota Rubber & Plastics (now Trelleborg) and responsible for purchasing logistics and trade compliance at eight different sites. With a passion for helping strong women achieve their goals, she is also the President and Chairperson of a nonprofit based in the Congo that provides grants to women entrepreneurs.
Emily Larson
Lead Applications Developers
Emily is a Lead Applications Developer with Minnesota Rubber & Plastics (now Trelleborg) and is also in the Minnesota Army National Guard. With a love for building Legos as a child, she found programming was another way to create connections by putting pieces together. Today, as a developer, she connects people from the production floor to senior leadership. Every business area has unique goals and figuring out how to accomplish those goals is an adventure for Emily! Within the military, Emily has multiple certifications is currently a Master Resilience Trainer and the Senior Chief Warrant Officer for Quartermaster for the Minnesota Army National Guard.
Rachael Tervo
Research and Development Laboratory Supervisor
Rachael Tervo has over 14 years of analytical lab experience with contract manufacturer organizations, including CDMO, generic pharmaceutical, and elastomeric companies. She currently oversees the Minnesota Rubber & Plastics (now Trelleborg) Research and Development Laboratory and supports new test method development and implementation. She is an expert in ASTM and USP review and method implementation, OSHA lab safety test standards, 5S implementation and management, and root cause analysis.
Heather Castleman (Moderator)

Heather is passionate about helping develop the right growth strategies for the business and executing those strategies with excellence. She works hard to make a difference for any business or organization she serves. Some of her recent accomplishments include leading a team to establish a channel management capability that included the launch of an eCommerce platform, leading a continuous improvement program that generated $5+ million in productivity gains and direct cost savings, and developing a process to fully integrate acquired companies. Heather holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Professional and Technical Communicates from Rochester Institute of Technology. She is also an ILM-certified mentor for accelerating performance and innovation.
